The OSCE SMM state say of the increasing number of violations of the ceasefire in Donbas. In particular, only during one day OSCE monitors recorded 450 cases of bombings in the Donetsk region, the lion's share of them occurred in areas northeast of Mariupol.
In Lugansk region, observers noticed reducing number of attacks. The report also states that the OSCE continues to monitor the process of disengagement of military forces in the Donbass, and try to get unlimited access to sites of disengagement near Stanytsya Luganska, Zolote and Petrovske.
