This was stated by Chairperson of the Council of Judges of Ukraine Valentyna Symonenko in a program of the Ukrainian radio "Today.In the afternoon", commenting the incident of seizure of the building of the Svyatoshinsky court in Kyiv.
"Courts are not guarded, because the law provides for liquidation of the "Griffon" unit, transfer of the guarding of the courts to the state judicial administration. Thus courts' guard service was not created due to certain obstacles, but now this issue is being solved", informed Valentyna Symonenko.
