Закінчила Київський національний лінгвістичний університет за спеціальністю "Філолог. Англійська мова та література". У період з 2016 до 2018 рр. здобувала ступінь магістра в Київському національному університеті імені Тараса Шевченка за англомовною програмою Journalism and social communications. У 2019–2020 рр. навчалася Performing Arts School Snoghoj — Acting Auteur Base Camp.

З дитинства мріяла працювати на радіо, бо багато балакала і швидко читала. "Усе, що ти хочеш так чи інакше збувається, якщо ти йдеш до цього. Просто завжди не тоді, і якось не так, як ти собі уявляєш" (Ю. Андрухович).
Майже усі її мрії здійснюються зараз і найкраще ще попереду, перконана Вікторія. Її часто питають, чому повернулася до України з Данії? Все прозаїчно — бо завжди боялася і робила те, що боюсь. І її інтуїція її не підвела. Вона повернулася, щоб змінитися (внутрішньо та, як результат, зовнішньо), і наразі у процесі.
На роботі Вікторію надихають люди, матеріали та нові ідеї, можливість розкрити різні теми (не лише політику) та розказати про багатьох талановитих людей, які створюють Україну.

An international Tribunal for all those responsible for war crimes against Ukraine.
This edition of Ukraine Global is about the possibility of creating an international Tribunal for all those responsible for war crimes against Ukraine, especially Russian political leadership. What are the chances of its creation, and how must we avoid repeating historical mistakes? Ilya Kusa, an expert at the Ukrainian Institute for the future, believes that the creation of a special Tribunal for investigating Russian war crimes theoretically is possible. Still, for now, it is impossible to create it under the jurisdiction of the UN. The most important for Ukraine now is to ratify the Rome charter. Arie Mora from the Ukrainian Legal Advisory Group says that creating a special international Tribunal for Russian war crimes depends on a necessary base of authority and legitimacy. The only possible way to create this court is through a United Nations majority, which is unlikely. International Tribunal, which will bring Justice to all the political leaders of the Russian war against Ukraine, is a special dream of every Ukrainian. Everything depends on how the structure of the court would look like, what the proposal would be and how many countries will support it. Then such Tribunal can be created. For now, Ukraine can collect the proof of Russian war crimes, ratify the Rome statute and work with international partners to create a coalition for such a Tribunal. Ukrainians believe that Justice will happen one day.

Які шанси на його створення і як уникнути повторення історичних помилок? Експерт Українського інституту майбутнього Ілля Куса вважає теоретично можливим створення спеціального Трибуналу для розслідування російських військових злочинів. Проте поки створити його під юрисдикцією ООН неможливо. Для України зараз найважливіше ратифікувати Римський статут. Аріє Мора з Ukrainian Legal Advisory Group каже, що створення спеціального міжнародного трибуналу для російських військових злочинів залежить від необхідної бази зібраних матеріалів та дотримання законодавчих норм при його створенні. Єдиний можливий спосіб створити цей суд – більшість в ООН, що малоймовірно. Особливою мрією кожного українця є Міжнародний трибунал, який по- справедливості на законному рівні покарає усіх політичних лідерів російської війни проти України. Все залежить від того, як виглядатиме структура суду, якою буде пропозиція і скільки країн її підтримають. Тоді такий трибунал може бути створений. Наразі Україна може зібрати докази російських військових злочинів, ратифікувати Римський статут і співпрацювати з міжнародними партнерами для створення коаліції для такого Трибуналу. Українці вірять, що справедливість колись наздожене злочинців.

The entire system of education in Ukraine changed after Russia unleashed the full- scale war on February 24. Seriously affected by the COVID-19 pandemic with all the restrictions it caused, Ukrainian schools, colleges and universities were hit by the devastating blow of the Russian invasion. Students and teachers alike, both those who stayed in the country and those who fled abroad, had to somehow adapt to the new conditions. Polina, Kira, Kristina, Misha, and Demyan have different stories, but they all have one desire – to live in a peaceful country. It's really hard to live, let alone study, in the conditions of war. Still, Ukrainian schools and universities have found ways to continue education. Of course, not without problems, but they still do it. For students, it's hard, first of all, psychologically, to study when the air raid alert sounds. They realize they are in danger. It’s hard for teachers to give online lessons when power supply and internet access are unstable and even unpredictable. And it’s difficult for principals to find the right way to balance online and offline education. Ukrainian students and teachers don't know how much longer this war will last, but they know that life will go on and that they must carry on.

Вся система освіти в Україні змінилася після того, як 24 лютого Росія розв'язала повномасштабну війну. Серйозно постраждалі від пандемії COVID-19 з усіма обмеженнями, які вона спричинила, українські школи, коледжі та університети зазнали нищівного удару після російського вторгнення. Студентам і викладачам, як тим, хто залишився в країні, так і тим, хто поїхав за кордон, довелося адаптуватися до нових умов. У Поліни, Кіри, Христини, Міші та Дем’яна різні історії, але бажання у всіх одне – жити в мирній країні. В умовах війни справді важко жити, не кажучи вже про навчання. І все ж українські школи та університети знайшли шляхи для продовження навчання. Звичайно, не без проблем, але вони все одно це роблять. Студентам важко, перш за все, психологічно вчитися, коли лунає сигнал тривоги. Вони усвідомлюють, що їм загрожує небезпека. Вчителям важко проводити онлайн-уроки, коли електропостачання та доступ до Інтернету нестабільні та навіть непередбачувані. І директорам шкіл важко знайти правильний спосіб збалансувати онлайн-і офлайн-навчання. Українські студенти та вчителі не знають, скільки ще триватиме ця війна, але вони знають, що життя триватиме і що треба продовжувати.
